About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive our core platform initiatives. You will architect and build scalable systems, mentor engineering teams, and shape technical strategy. Responsibilities: - Architect and lead implementation of platform features - Establish coding standards and best practices - Mentor engineers across all levels and conduct code reviews - Partner with product, design, and stakeholder teams - Drive architecture decisions and own the technical roadmap
Requirements
Required: - 7+ years of software development experience - Expert in TypeScript/JavaScript and React - Deep experience with Node.js and SQL/NoSQL databases - Strong system design and architecture skills - Proven track record of leading complex projects and teams Nice to have: - Experience with Next.js, Prisma, and GraphQL - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Open source contributions and community involvement - Experience managing or mentoring a team of 3+
